The Devoted team supported my Mother for almost five years. Latterly we were based outside of the UK but I really felt that the team and the carers supporting my Mother had everything covered. Whenever we needed anything they were very responsive in helping us and dealt with any issues, however minor, quickly and to resolve. Mother did not want to move into a carehome and with the support from Devoted, she was able to live the final years of her life where she was happiest – in her own home.
