1.     Breakfast in bed 
 
There’s no better way to start the day than breakfast in bed. So, why not turn a date night into a date morning and surprise your loved one with a yummy breakfast and some flowers? You could also read the newspaper together too. 
 
2.     Have a spa day at home
 
Making the time for self-care is important, especially for older people. A lovely relaxing spa day at home is perfect for the colder months. Take it in turns to have a nice hot bath by candlelight. Epsom salts can be added into the water to relieve any muscle tension and pain. Once out of the tub, you could massage one another. There are so many benefits of massages including, improving energy levels, boosting your mood, reducing physical stress and pain, while also improving mental clarity. This date night will leave you both feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
 
3.     Get out the board games
